Can't claim item.

  1. Triple Draw Level 30

    Hello,I bought "fight for the light" dlc ,start new hero character (light power ofc)and when reach 30 lvl understand that I can rebuild my second character(villain) to the light with marketplace item but accidentally take that item for new light hero.Problem is I cant trade or send by mail this item to my another villian character to rebuild him into the light.And cant recieve new item from marketplace ,cause when I write key I see the error message.Hope you can help me.

    P.S pls nerf Steel he is op and I think all would be gratefull that f2p and premium guys can buy all champs for high prices(3000 marks for ex) but free,cause I think its not fair.;)

    I'd recommend submitting a ticket to the gms to see if they can assist with your claim item issues. It may just be bugged but they'd have to confirm that.
