I have had issues for a week getting into the game and every time I try I get the same error. I have completely removed the game from my PC, downloaded a new version and still have the same issue. I delete the cookies as stated in how to fix but no joy. Still having issues. Any help would be appreciated, I have played this game since 2012 and have gone through this in the past, but it is annoying me.
It seems like the workarounds for this are varying for different people. I don't have the loose child process when I close down the launcher. For me, it's delete cookies and keep retrying (takes 2-3 attempts).
