Can we get another Artifact...

    ...that enhances damage, the longer you chain base weapon combos?

    Would give Weapons like shield or dual-pistols a chance to shine for once and be another possible option for Hybrid, if the damage increase works for abilities too.

    Looks like someone want Dual Pistols Universe Online...:D Anyway it's not bad idea with new artifact.
