Even if you use a PvP trinket or breakout power to more quickly recover from counterhits performed by NPCs or players there is still a 2-3 second delay before you can move, attack, or use super powers.
this has been happening now for quite sometime and it has been reported in the bug section and still no words from the devs if this is intentional or just a bug. i have taken a break from pvping because of these (its just too annoying) , and if this is intentional? then i guess thats it... pvp just stopped been fun for me
