I tried searching and didn't find anything, but has anyone else noticed that breakout mastery inmates are no longer working in PvE? I noticed that when I used breakout a few times recently, that I'm no longer getting power back even though I'm spec'd into it (haven't tried it in PvP). Maybe I didn't get the memo, and it's working as intended, so please let me know. Thx.
I think there are a lot of people who don't bother to spec into Breakout Mastery. But I do ... I'll check and see if I can reproduce your results next time I'm on.
Yes they don't work. Only spend 4 SP into the resistance. Those last 3 are useless and don't work. I posted this day one of revamp when it went live. It needs to be noticed though. If it worked I would put those 3 SP into them.
Thx, I can definitely confirm that it isn't working in PvE or PvP. Going to submit it as a bug in the appropriate area.
