Not A Bug Bop - can't collect any missions

I can enter BOP metro, but can not talk to any of the Iconics to collect missions, the only thing available is calculator bot. And no I don't have the missions already, there is no icon above the head of anybody and I look at missions in bop area and its empty. also the teleporter in hod isn't active i can only enter it from house of legends and im 316cr

fixed this by doing argus mission

Thanks same thing was happening to my friend on a alt. Doing any argus que fixed it for him.
