After the DLC drops, yes... before that the Dilustel Refractor or the Tetrahedron of Urgrund for the health bonuses.
I've been toying with mystic 7, transformation, and EoG and having fun. But what Illumin411 said is probably best.
Once the new DLC hits next week, Manacles, Mystic, and Prototype are probably going to be that new meta.
There’s still some powers/loudouts that will benefit more from EoG. Also, if one is just tanking a single boss, Manacles, Everyman and Refractor would probably be best for that scenario. But in the majority of cases, yeah, that’s gonna be the best combo.
