Though this series has undergone a LOT of internal struggles, I've managed to produce my first episode of my project, Batman Beyond. Based on a promise to Daybreak Games: if they were to release anything Batman Beyond related, I would drop a full year subscription to the game. While I still wish to see an episode featuring Beyond, I felt "why not just create a genuine, legitimate story based on my ideas and characters I've created for my sandbox series?" While there's so much I wish to tell, I rather keep everything tight knit until episode 5, where things surreal. The direction for this series has been to retain the mature feel the animated series had but explore beyond the boundaries of the Beyond world. I was fully inspired by "The Batman" animated series, where they've sandboxed the show with original takes on characters in the DC universe. I'm editing my second episode, with more to come.
