Additional Tips: The Broker is the in-game trade system controlled by DC Universe Online players, highly subjective to trends, personal motivations and inflation. Do your research before paying a price that does not feel right. You often can find a much better deal if not a completely free way to collect the item through gameplay. When selling your own items on the Broker, be mindful of long term effects. A high sale price may pad your pockets today, but it also tells fellow players they should sell for the same high price down the line.
I never understood what people get out of placing these items on the broker. I mean, sure a handful of people will get suckered into buying a style that they could get a bit cheaper from a vendor but surely not enough that justifies how much of this stuff is in the broker. Even if they did sell everything the mark ups are only a few thousand on average so it is not like they're getting super rich from it.
