We made these casual leagues to get EU and US decorators to have a home to trade base items or do furniture grind, etc. There are no special requirements, just be active, helpful and kind to your fellow crafters. Might be easier if you join the Crafters Discord Server for easier communication out of the game. League Banks are almost maxed on the EU and we have a league hall. We have all the statues aswell and a decorated league hall! We now have a league hall on US and looking to max League Banks. Planned furniture runs is planned to happen at least once a month, but not at the start. We might host league events at some point too! League banks will usually only hold *BASE ITEMS* so take only what you need, and put what you don't need. They might fill during seasonal events that has vault drops.
