So you're testing something that's obviously not supposed to be there?

There are no patchnotes saying the new artifacts are available. They're clearly not supposed to be there yet. No point reporting bugs yet.

Feedback: since the Ability is debuffing with all 3 debuffs, this becomes a very useful artifact for Battle-Trolls. Since you would kick out all the other debuffs, you would miss out on Stuns/crowd Control. Is it possible to add a stun effect on the Ability itself or is it intended and well thought through already, to not grant this ability a CC effect?

Confused as to how something can be on a server as big as this without the devs knowing about it.

there is a Point... wich is, them Fixing some slight possible oversights. That way they can concentrate on the upcoming Dlc and even further balancing the upcoming artifacts.

If you noticed what happened last Dlc with the Artifacts and how we got 1 or 2 slightly too powerful artifacts currently on live, its a good thing its up on test earlier this time imo.

Right but:
A. These could be unfinished artifacts. A rough draft that slipped through the cracks.
B. Artifacts that were obviously at some point intended for this upcoming episode but that could have changed. You could be testing artifacts that will never go live.

True, but what if its actually helping to Prevent an upcoming oversight.
In any case its just my time wasted or a better product for testing when its supposed to go on test.

None of the new artifacts have gone through internal balance as of yet. It's currently a bug that it's even visible at this point. We will have more to say on the artifacts once they are ready to be properly tested by the community. We will be removing them from Constantine until they are ready; enjoy the sneak preview.
