    Well, I had a little too much time to myself again. For time's sake I skipped the portion of each description the tells of the powers' damage modifiers.

    Radioactive Tree
    Radioactive powers focus on dealing damage over time to your enemies and healing yourself. Specializing in this tree grants you +1% critical attack chance and +25 Health.

    [Atomic Combos]
    Activating your Quark-Gluon Aura damages nearby enemies and grants you +7 critical strike chance, +10 critical strike damage, and +15% Might while active.

    [Tank Role]
    In the Tank role, your Dominance is increased by 100%. Using super powers increases your Defense and Toughness by 90% and attract the attention of enemies causing them to attack you, rather than allies. Also, you gain +3 Perception improving chances of detecting Stealth using enemies. Activating your Quark-Gluon Aura will provide immunity to control effects for a short time for you and up to 7 group members. While active the aura will empower your attacks to heal you for an amount equal to 2% of your max Health.

    [Damage Role]
    In Damage Role, your Quark-Gluon Aura causes a portion of power spent on Atomic Combos to return over time.

    [Player versus Player]
    The following take place in PvP arenas: Density and Mass Density are less effective, reducing incoming damage by 25%. The Health restoration effect of Atomic Combos is reduced. Passive damage and damage over time effects have reduced damage or duration when used against players. In Tank role using any super power increases maximum Health by +1.45 per point of Dominance rather than increasing Defense.

    Irradiate
    Blast your target with harmful radiation stunning and damaging it over time.

    [Power Interactions]
    Dazes enemies making them vulnerable to dazing effects

    Electron Flare
    Create a localized explosion of free electrons damaging and knocking down nearby enemies. Your body continues to radiate energy for a short time damaging nearby enemies.

    Dazed enemies instantly take additional damage

    Beta Surge
    Blast your enemies with a wave of radioactive energy, damaging and possibly knocking them down.

    [Atomic Combo]
    [Vulnerable to Interrupt]
    Tap Range: Beta Flood
    Continue blasting enemies with waves of radioactive energy, damaging and stunning or knocking them down. Each additional attack grants you a Molecular Charge.

    [Power Interactions]
    Adds a Nuclear Pressure stack. Once you have 3 stacks and gain 6 Molecular Charges, your Quark-Gluon Aura will activate or refresh if it is already active.

    [Tank Role]
    Molecular Charges reconstitute a portion of your tissue when applied, healing you an amount equal to 40% of your max Dominance.

    Proton Remedy
    [Usable While Controlled]
    Regenerate your damage tissue by focusing on your own subatomic structure, healing yourself over time.

    [Power Interactions]
    You recovery time is sped up you have Molecular Charges or if your Quark-Gluon Aura is active when this is used.

    Radiation Burn
    [Requires level 8]
    [50% Supercharge Cost]
    Shoot your target with concentrated gamma-rays to create a chain reaction of explosions st nearby enemies, dealing damage over time and knocking them down.

    [Power Interactions]
    Dazes enemies making them vulnerable to dazing effects

    Neutron Bomb
    [Requires Level 8]
    Launch an explosive bomb at your enemies, damaging them and knocking them down.

    [Atomic Combo]
    [Vulnerable to interrupt]
    Tap Range: Neutron Explosion
    Continue launching energy bombs, damaging and knocking down your target and nearby enemies. Each additional attack grants you a Molecular Charge.

    [Power Interactions]
    Adds a Nuclear Pressure stack. Once you have 3 stacks and gain 6 Molecular Charges, your Quark-Gluon Aura will activate or refresh if it is already active.

    [Tank Role]
    Molecular Charges reconstitute a portion of your tissue when applied, healing you an amount equal to 40% of your max Dominance.

    Energize
    [Requires Level 8]
    [25% Supercharge Cost]
    Push your Nuclear Pressure and Molecular Charges to the limit, immediately healing yourself.

    [Power Interactions]
    Activates your Quark-Gluon Aura or refreshes it if it is already active

    Radiation Shower
    [Requires Level 12]
    Create a wave of radiation to blanket your target and nearby enemies, damaging and possibly stunning them.

    [Power Interaction]
    Dazes enemies making them vulnerable to dazing effects

    Atom-Powered Assault
    [Requires Level 12}
    [Attack Buff]
    Empower your attacks to deal additional explosive damage.

    [Power Interactions]
    Activates your Quark-Gluon Aura if you have at least 1 Nuclear Pressure stack and 2 Molecular Charges when this is used

    [Damage Role]
    Restores power when Nuclear Pressure stacks are applied or when using Geiger Beam and Geiger Blast.

    Ionizing Eruption
    [Requires Level 16]
    Create a luminous atomic burst with a powerful shock wave, damaging and stunning your target. Enemies near your target maybe knocked down.

    [Power Interactions]
    Dazed enemies will take additional damage

    Enemies Encased by Ice, Nature, Mental, Light, Earth, or Gadgets will explode and damage nearby enemies

    Geiger Beam
    [Requires Level 16]
    [Vulnerable to Interrupt]
    [Weapon Mastery Crit Excluded]
    Blast your target with a concentrated energy beam, damaging and stunning it.
    If the target is below 35% health, the attack deals extra damage.

    [Power Interactions]
    If you have 3 Nuclear Pressure Stacks and have no Molecular Charges, the reaction is amplified, dealing heavy damage to enemies.

    Removes all Nuclear Pressure Stacks, Molecular Charges, and deactivates your Quark-Gluon Aura.

    Unleash Antimatter
    [Requires Level 16]
    [Usable While Controlled]
    [Group Breakout]
    Burst with a positronic force to heal yourself and gain immunity against control effects for a short time.

    [Tank Role]
    +10% Control Resistance
    Provides immunity to control effects and removes control debuffs for you and up to 7 group members

    Nuclear Tree
    Nuclear powers center on manipulating the subatomic structure of enemies and shielding you and your allies. Specializing in this tree grants +5% critical attack damage and +35 Health.

    [Atomic Combos]
    Activating your Quark-Gluon Aura damages nearby enemies and grants you +7 critical strike chance, +10 critical strike damage, and +15% Might while active.

    [Tank Role]
    In the Tank role, your Dominance is increased by 100%. Using super powers increases your Defense and Toughness by 90% and attract the attention of enemies causing them to attack you, rather than allies.     Force your atoms to move at near light speed, allowing to go through people and objects while lunging and uppercutting your target and nearby enemies, damaging and knocking them down.

    Atomic Reorganization
    Change the atomic composition of enemies in front of you, damaging, stunning, and instantly bringing them to you.

    Thermonuclear Explosion
    Create a localized nuclear explosion, damaging and knocking down nearby enemies.

    [Vulnerable to block]
    Tap Melee: Thermochemical Detonation
    Continue causing localized explosions, damaging and knocking down nearby enemies. Each additional attack grants you a Molecular Charge.

    [Power Interactions]
    Adds a Nuclear Pressure stack. Once you have 3 stacks and gain 6 Molecular Charges, your Quark-Gluon Aura will activate or refresh if it is already active.

    [Tank Role]
    Molecular Charges reconstitute a portion of your tissue when applied, healing you an amount equal to 40% of your max Dominance.

    Particle Beam
    Shoot your target with a heavy beam of energized particles, damaging and stunning it.

    [Power Interactions]
    Dazed enemies take additional damage

    [Tank Role]
    Taunts a single target to attack you instead of others. The effect is more powerful and will not be broken by a standard Tank Role taunt.

    Subatomic Substitution
    [Requires Level 8]
    [Usable While Controlled]
    Imbue your powers of molecular reconstruction to the group member with the lowest health percentage shielding a portion of their incoming damage and transferring another portion to you.

    [Tank Role]
    If the group member is not in Tank Role enemies attacking it are detaunted and compelled to seek other targets

    Atomic Blast
    [Requires Level 8}
    [25% Supercharge Cost]
    Create a concussive blast of nuclear energy in front of you, dealing heavy damage, stunning and knocking down enemies.

    Mass Density
    [Requires Level 8]
    [50% Supercharge Cost]
    Force yours and up to 7 other group members' bodies to transmute into heavy metal, causing incoming damage to be absorbed.

    [Tank Role]
    Enemies attacking other group members not in Tank Role are detaunted and compelled to seek other targets. You and up to 7 other group members gain +10% Control Resistance.

    Neutrino Blast
    [Requires Level 8]
    [Usable While Controlled]
    [Group Breakout]
    Create many small but dangerous explosions to gain immunity against control effects for a short time.

    [Power Interactions]
    Activates your Quark-Gluon Aura if you have at least 1 Nuclear Pressure stack and 2 Molecular Charges when this is used

    [Tank Role]
    Provides immunity to control effects and removes control debuffs for you and up to 7 group members

    Nuclear Burst
    [Requires Level 12]
    Blast your target with an explosive ball of energy, damaging and stunning it. Enemies near your target may be damaged and knocked down.

    [Atomic Combo]
    [Vulnerable to Interrupt]
    Tap Range: Nuclear Blast
    Continue bombarding enemies with explosive energy balls, damaging and knocking them down. Each additional attack grants you a Molecular Charge.

    [Power Interactions]
    Adds a Nuclear Pressure stack. Once you have 3 stacks and gain 6 Molecular Charges, your Quark-Gluon Aura will activate or refresh if it is already active.

    [Tank Role]
    Molecular Charges reconstitute a portion of your tissue when applied, healing you an amount equal to 40% of your max Dominance.

    Geiger Blast
    [Requires Level 16]
    [Weapon Mastery Crit Excluded]
    Creates a small exothermic reaction the damages and knocks down nearby enemies.

    [Power Interactions]
    If you have 3 Nuclear Pressure Stacks and have no Molecular Charges, the reaction is amplified, dealing heavy damage to enemies.

    Removes all Nuclear Pressure Stacks, Molecular Charges, and deactivates your Quark-Gluon Aura.

    Atom Splitter
    [Requires Level 16]
    Create a localized nuclear implosion that changes the atomic composition of nearby enemies, damaging them and bring them to you.

    [Atomic Combo]
    [Vulnerable to Block]
    Tap Melee: Atomic Fragmentation
    Continue causing localized implosions, damaging and possibly stunning or knocking back nearby enemies. Each additional attack grants you a Molecular Charge.

    [Power Interactions]
    Adds a Nuclear Pressure stack. Once you have 3 stacks and gain 6 Molecular Charges, your Quark-Gluon Aura will activate or refresh if it is already active.

    [Tank Role]
    Molecular Charges reconstitute a portion of your tissue when applied, healing you an amount equal to 40% of your max Dominance.

    Density
    [Requires Level 16]
    Increase your molecular density and transmute your body into extremely fortified metal for a short time, allowing you to absorb incoming damage.

    I didn't get the chance to watch the full video and will skip a bit while watching it but I heard them say that its an active combo tank power so does that mean a boss can lunge you or block you in the middle of your combo and there goes your tank?

    The combos have counter vulnerabilities, so if a boss performs a lunge or blocks at the wrong time while the tank doesn't have CC immunity or counter immunity they will be countered.

    On the flip side, while the Quark-Gluon Aura is active the combos can also counter the corresponding vulnerabilities with tap melee combos countering vulnerable to interrupt attacks and tap range combos countering block.

    One reason Atomic can, at least in theory, be more active, is that increases Defense by 90% in the Tank Role when a super power is used. This allows them to get at or at the very least very close to the 75% mitigation cap on defense, which is the same cap blocking has with the only exception being blocking with the Fortified Blocking equipped, which caps at 80%, only 5% higher. This means you don't need to block to get mitigation similar to blocking, and can stay out of block more.

    Wow I didnt do the math but if I dont have to worry about blocking so much like earth or fire tanks when fighting bosses I will most defiantly will have my character to switch to this power.:) By the way I love that shoryuken move :D

    I like to point out to folks that although blocking is "only 5% higher" in defense (when blocking and using the fortified neck mod), this should be considered a 20% improvement to damage reduction.

    When capped while active tanking, you take 25% of the original damage. When blocking you take 20% of the original damage. Thus, the blocking provides a 20% improved reduction:
    (25-20)/25 = 20%

    Another way to think of this is if the enemy gains a 25% damage buff and you block, you will take the same amount of damage as an unbuffed enemy while not blocking (assuming you're at defense cap).

    So although a 5% defense gain doesn't seem like much, it is actually quite significant.

    The point was more about the changes between not blocking and blocking in comparison to other tank powersets. Going from something like 50% mitigation to 80%, taking 60% less damage, is more significant than going from 75% to 80%, which is taking 20% less damage, a third of the first example. Of course this is all assuming that the Fortified Blocking mod is being used anyways.

    It was never to say blocking is not useful for tanking, but that for this powerset blocking is not as useful as it is for others.

    So Geiger Beam is a single target execute with AM finisher level damage... That might make Atomic the one best powerset for finishing boss fights. Rage's E-Chain is great too but it doesn't have as much impact since Rage is about chained combos and the other combos are doing similar damage. Now Geiger Beam on the other hand seems like a standard 1234 finisher which means that it will probably do like 80% of your total damage in a spam rotation. Imagine a 123-EMP rotation with EMP doing even more damage when the target is below 35%.
    Now being single target might be considered a downside but for the job it's meant to do (execute bosses) that's pretty good actually, no splitting on adds, perfect for focus fire.

    I'll do the math and update the Tank vs Tank thread for Atomic, but I'll probably wait for the power to hit test before doing so (so I can use realistic numbers instead of guesses).

    At first glance, this looks like a very powerful Tank power-- gaining the aura grants control immunity and there are a lot of ways to gain the aura. Plus decent burst self-heals and a shield. On the other hand, sometimes end-game Ice Tanks need to pop Reflection and block, and sometimes they stack shields. We'll just have to see what the details show.

    Only issues I can see with Geiger beam and Geiger blast being used as 1234 finishers is no where does it state that the api version of the
    Am returns power just the combo version.

    There's also a super charge that will instantly get you in that aura and its 25% so incase you absolutely need it it's there pretty cool if you ask me

    Not to start an argument but where. The only way to return power according to the information in the OP is too activate quark aura but in order for Geiger beam and blast to do the extra damage you want 3 stacks and zero charges but having the aura on means you will always have charges.

    Whenever you use a power that has the ability to combo, even if you don't combo, you apply a Nuclear Pressure stack, and thus trigger the power regen from Atom-Powered Assault.
