I don't understand the "notes" for the Test surver Hot Fix on April 9th. The notes were: For the Mask... -By "regeneration" you mean Incoming healing right? -"added additional tuning to the duration"...is that intentionally vague. How about increased duration of increased healing from 6 seconds to XX seconds. (or decreased it since its not even clear if the duration was longer or shorter than before.) For the Flute... -"added additional listeners to make it far less likely to not do bonus damage" -What on earth does that even mean? -And "less likely to not do bonus damage"??? at rank 200 it stated that it has: 70% chance to do 15% more...20% to do 30% more and 10% to do 45% more...70% + 20% + 10% = 100% chance to do additional damage.
