So I held on to my anniversary box we were granted for the XP/Cats/Seals/Detectors/artifacts cache, and just opened it to use it during the 2x week. The box is account bound before opening, the cats are fully tradable(platform bound), the nth detectors are tradable (platform bound) and all the Nth pieces and Artifact cache are account bound, but only the SOPs are not tradable? While I'm guessing I'll be told 'yeah, that's intended' I'd like to know why. I've now got these 4 seals stuck on a toon I'll never need SOPs for (or not for a long time) while I have other toons that have artifacts ready to advance...if I had seals. Not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth..it was free after all(with my paid membership)... but it didn't say anything about any items not being tradable once the box was opened and every other SOP we've gotten other than that 1st one Constantine gives you in the artifacts mission, have been account bound.
