Animation Timings Changed for Powers that No Longer Exist

    This is a very minor thing, but I noticed adjustments were made to a couple of powers that are no longer in the game. In the list of powers that can be "executed more quickly," Sentry Turret and Warden Turret are listed. Those powers were replaced in GU 17 with Holographic Decoy and Photon Blast.
