I doing nexus with a hl dps and he did double mine and other dps damage. I have sorcery dps and we both had similar gear and skill points. He used combos or clip weight, fan, and trap. Now my point is why theirs no outrage like their was when clown box combo was allowed. Im not asking ffor nerf but a let lose on powers, like, mass detonation and clown box. By the way who agrees with how they ruin power to "fix" other.
I'm sorry but if your damage was doubled by anybody using any power then you sir should go back to healing. You are in dps stance but you are by no means a Damage Specialist. Ahhhh, when will people get some skills. I've never touched the controls of a Sorcery dps but i bet if you handed me your toon i could double your damage "with your own toon" in less than a minute. You mentioned Clownbox. Enough said Seems legit.
Reeper that was a bit harsh don't you think haha? Night Fox, I think its safe to say sorcery is the worst dps power and it makes no sense to compare your Damage out to HL because they are usually on top anyway. I've never seen you play so I can't say it isn't you, but this time it really could be the power and not the player. Also, I wouldn't ever mention clown box in dps role. It won't help your argument, it actually makes it worse.
Isn't the general consensus that clipping is simply part of the game and not remotely cheating or any other sort of unfair shenanigans?
Because clownbox + transmutate = fake dmg. Clipping is intentional and he was obviously a better DPS than the both of you. HL isn't OP, you just seem to have ran into a stud & made you look bad so you came here to QQ. Hate the player not the game...
I don't think I could have been anymore sarcastic in my post about clipping but okay then ill take the blame for it I guess. As for HL, no one said it was OP (in this thread at least) I just simply said there is no way a sorcery dps could beat HL on the scoreboard seeing that it is so broken dps wise for now.
Sometimes it happens, like toxiic said HL is considered one of the top DPS powers while sorcery is on the bottom of the list. Not to imply anything, but it comes down to skill and proactiveness as well. Lately, my quantum controller has been decimating damage dealers that I group up with for damage out, and I'm not even using time bomb - just warped reality and dual pistols.

You are correct. My bad. I just run into people wanting one of my powersets (See sig) nerfed. I watch a mojority of players working against themselves causing underperformance. I have been called a cheater while healing. I can sit idle, letting people convince the devs to change things or i can speak up and tell them to take a hard long look in the mirror and say "Am i really as good as i think i am?" So to the OP. I'm sorry for the grumpy reply. Very unprofessional of me. It still stands though.
