7.1 base mods

    Um so not sure if this has been mentioned but the 7.1 base mods seem to be worse than the 6.3 experts ....

    Yes in fact they seem to be giving half the stats that the 6.3 expert base mods. This is a big bug as they drop very frequently.

    Yes it does...

    +12 Vit vs. the 24 Vit my 6.3 has...NO THANKS...

    And I got 4 of the 7.1 Vit doing the daily, 3 7.1 Might, and 4 7.1 Health. I mean come on. I sold them all as the stats were caca...

    Now if they are suppose to be + the value seen above 6.3 experts than I need to rebuy all of those mods. LOL

    6.1 was worse than 5.3
    7.1 being worse than 6.3 would be the expected trend.

    7.3 is better than 6.3 by a reasonable margin.

    x.1 are pretty much trash, no matter the tier.
