    The good news is that other than the checklist for 'all' missions, you can avoid Ace after 10 visits to get the 2 inside option feats. Biohazard is now one of the random drop styles...so no need to go inside 8 times to finish it. Strykers still requires 50 days to get the indoor 10 times....that's a bit oppressive.

    But yeah, that mission is dumb...as is the guy you are escorting.

    What would you consider better content? When the devs try to add more engaging challenging content people cry that it’s to hard and the devs only listen to the elitist. If it’s to easy people get bored and spam it for gear then complain there is nothing g to do. The new raid is visually appealing (to me). Mechanics are fun (to me) and elite is great (to me). But even if people like the raid and content they will still only do it if not loot locked unless they are helping league or friend.

    Something people in this community (and the mmo community in general) forget or don’t understand is that everything in the game is optional. You don’t NEED elite gear. You don’t NEED op gear. You don’t NEED max SP. You don’t NEED league buffs. You don’t NEED active generators. You don’t NEED max artifacts. You don’t NEED Allies. Everything is optional. If a player doesn’t like bounties than don’t do them. If someone prefers or doing raids don’t do them. If you don’t want to do something don’t do it.

    What is the better content that people want? What do they want from raids? From the game? If you want a raid that you can play just to play guess what you can do raids loot locked and play just to play. There is no lock out that doesn’t let you join raids or in duty without being unlocked. People are just in the mindset that if they don’t get rewards it’s not fun to play. So are people hear to get rewards or here to have fun? People are turning the game to a job not the devs.

    "Dumb" is, in my opinion., an extremely generous description of that NPC you have to escort. LOL

    I still have at least one feat to snag on my villain in Home Turf (still have to use the vines on two or three of the characters in the interior Arkham mission) but any feats from hero-side Home Turf got finished a while back. But the Mark returns even for those solos add up pretty quick and make it a good spot to hit for currency.

    Problem is i didnt said anything you wrote .
    No death feats im ok with it as long as is about me no dieing to get a feat i said i hate it becouse its social justice feat .
    Speed feats im ok with it as well and you need to use brain to get it ( what to skip ect. ) or you one of those who use hackers to complete it ? then yea no need anything .
    Yea feats like 4 corners are ok .

    90 % people on server doing this feats same as me 1st day becouse its boring all wana finish it and forget about torture .The other reason is its easy to find the groupe now when its fresh after week or 2 people gona run it only to get marks or maybe im not right ? :)
    so why you are so excited after that 1st line ?

    In my opinion there shouldnt be feats for bounty but if you must have it lets do it like: next dlc is in 3 -4 months so 16 weeks hmmm then 1st feat 5 then 10 then 15 or like they did with this bountys only 5 each not 20 so you can finish feat doing weekly missions before next DLC and if you new and you start years after still you got fair number to catch not madness like now .

    It's fine. Although I notice a few in this thread are trying to put words in people's mouths.

    The raid isn't a 6 minute one boss this time around and the stages are being staggered and released at later time. This episode should keep me a lot busier than Flashpoint.

    No...no hacker involved for me. In fact, some of those harder no death or speed feats I've never even really attempted more than once or twice...other than I always try to NOT die and get done with runs as fast as possible. I don't care enough about the 1 or 2 more SP (or 20-30 really) to sit in a group disbanding and re-trying the same thing over and over...to me...that's boring as all heck. Sure we'd probably finally get it, but the 10 or 20 trys before...nah. Difference of opinion I guess. And I never said I was so excited for the bounties...I actually said I also find them boring...which is why I'll pick them off slowly while I'm doing something else...when they pop...they pop. If it's not till deep in the DLC...no worries, they are only 25 points each, so a total of 1 SP...I'll live.

    Again, your logic eludes me. If the bounties are boring, why chomp them all in one sitting? I guess you will not be doing them for the rest of the DLC weekly or the daily missions in Washington every day(well, days you are in). If so I totally get your logic...if not, sorry...not following that. I have a character who JUST finished the last of the WV bounties (not a daily runner) and If I ever did more than 2 in a sitting, I'd be surprised. I didn't buy the feat on her because I knew at some point, just joining a group while I did dailies and fighting near the boss to get some shots in...they'd pop....and those were 100 and way harder than these are to get credit(you can literally get credit without throwing a shot...just be grouped and in the area counts). Granted, I've been out of WV dailies for some time now, but I was in there the last 2 weeks to max my Splintered coins, so yeah...eventual feats with 0 extra effort really. And WV is the WORST set of bounty feats we have.

    But thanks for answering the question....yes, I'd be fine with no bounty feats as well. But a 20 count will come along anyway...50 a ways after that (once the glitch is fixed)...I'm not stressing about it. And yeah...less would be fine. But 20 is less than 50, or 75...and is way less than 100...so yeah, counts have gone down the last few DLCs. Maybe next DLC we'll get 5 and you can be angry it's not 4.

    Wow, this is a stupid argument, sorry but it is. Counter feats aren't engaging, they're annoying, tedious and boring. You're telling me in a MMO thats based on a very famous IP, they can't find a way to make things more engaging?

    More content, more progression on things not based on Pay2Win. I could throw a rock and hit 5 people that can think of something better than counter feats as an engagement factor. There were numerous threads saying how everyone hated the bounty spam in Wonderverse and 31st Legion. You know why they don't do something more engaging, LAZY, this dev team is LAZY AF. I can name 2 game breaking bugs that made their way to live that weren't fixed on test. You can feed literally everything in your inventory into an augment, so you run the risk of loosing a butt load of marks if you aren't careful. Theirs also an audio bug thats messing with the game audio and in content that has audio clues for upcoming mechanics and fights...thats a big deal.

For the topic at hand, iirc, those bounties were tied to weekly quest, and that’s where most of the hate came from. I don’t see the issue with a 20 kill count feat that’s not tied to loot locks or a mission. If you don’t want to do it you don’t have to do it lmao. As for everything else, take it up with the devs sounds like they’re the ones your mad at lmao.

    Actually I did, "More content, more progression on things not based on Pay2Win".

    They could release an extra duo/alert or raid later on in the DLC to keep people engaged. I mean hell that was the only reason they did the feat dump @ the tail end of flashpoint, because the population playing it dropped hard, so they had to bring people back with that and another booster bundle.

    2) The devs clearly don't pay attention to feedback because their have been threads for YEARS about people saying they despise high kill count stuff like the weekly missions they used to give us kill 300 of this, kill 420 of this other thing, kill 200 of this other other thing, click 100something cogs of this thing, then they double downed with bounty spam in wonderverse/legion where you had to spam bounties for 20+ hrs to finish the stuff on the vendors that cost the bounty marks. This is not a axe grinding post against the devs. This is a "Get it through your thick skull" post. You had to kill doomsday 50 times, 50 paradox princes. Now you have to kill 20 grodd, 20 Manta, 20 cheetah and 50 Giganta....so no its not just 20. Its 110 bounty count for this DLC. And who knows they might introduce another bounty later in the DLC kinda how they did with Calculator bot, or the metal golem or shadow golem, or Synn.

    3) THIS "I don’t see the issue with a 20 kill count feat that’s not tied to loot locks or a mission", So much wrong with this. [a] It is tied to a weekly mission, I don't care if the count is 20, it should be a count at all OR should be a count wherein if you do 1/week (completion for the weekly mission/marks) for the life of the DLC you can get it naturally. But you can't believe this DLC is going to be out for 20 weeks. Thats 5 months, (my money is on 4 months) and [c] them staying on the these high kill counts despite threads like this that pop up every DLC that has this unoriginal, tedious, annoying nonsense is proof positive they don't give a damn about our feedback unless its enough of the special people that back channel with the devs that say something...then they MAYBE listen.

    Honestly, to me i dont know my man. I know my answer is the rite one. I just dont know the specifics. Its darn near unanimous that we dont like this “model” yet we get it every time.
    Make no mistake, theres a vast difference between what we got this time and say wonderverse…….. counters of 20-50 arent so bad.

    All that said, the most honest answer i’d give for more engaging content would be think FOS2 at relevancy (not what we got last episode). The real FOS2. Battles were drawn out, mechanics had to be done, the raid was long, etc.
    I dont see a way content can be engaging enough to make us WANT to play it past the “need” to play it BUT they can put the time an effort into at least making it good.
    Maybe im misremembering but mepps i thought mentioned a much longer raid this time? A dif approach? Wanted to see what we thought of the new bigger better raid……
    Whats so dif? I blind Q’d it and we smoked it 1st try with no wipes pretty quickly.
    No one, i repeat NO ONE Q’d up for fos2, prime, dox, gates, inner, etc at relevancy day 1 and if they did, they failed, and failed repetedly.
    Thats my bottom line marker for good content i suppose.
    If u click Q and beat it day 1 with 0 communication then the content sux, sorry to say. Its far too easy, fast, boring.
    Day 1 elite duo, I Q’d just to see. Got a heal, no mics, no keyboard chat, and we beat it…….. seriously? Thats elite? And im not even an all star dps. Im good but not that dang good.
    I remember the good ol’ days of once group is made, everyone makes sure mics r on and people called mechanics, pickups, etc. it was borderline required……….no mic, you get replaced with someone who can communicate
    Thats engaging content to me.

    I dislike the bounties and counter feats, sometimes I get them done, sometimes I don't. But IMHO they were put in for a reason....everyone spam replaying everything and then complaining 4 days into new content that they have finished everything , completed all the gearsets and have nothing left to do.

    I know some stuff is daunting and people (even me sometime) are like...missions in Gotham again, but with design and coding, we never really take thought into how much work and the number of hours that goes into creating the content just for people to say they are done, have nothing to do, and when is new stuff coming two days after release. These silly endless 5 billion kill counter feats are put in as busy work to keep people busy.....I do the same thing at work, when my staff complains there is nothing to do, I give them meaningless busy work.

    I don't like the counter feats, I sometimes don't finish them, and I am by no means going to tell anyone else how to play, BUUUUTTTTT....I am not going to fault the devs for putting in busy work as long as people spam replay and complain there is nothing to do 3-5 days after DLC drop.

    I would agree with ya 100% if it werent for the cause and effect created…….. devs do this to themselves, heres how
    Introduce bounty counter feat, choice is do it naturally, spam the crap out as fast as possible.
    If u do it naturally, you do risk not completing it because as people finish, they stop doing it (because why would they do it more?). This shrinks your pool of “partners” making it harder and slower to do.
    So to combat that potential most opt into spam the crap out of it. This in turn furthers the issue of making it harder for those who do it naturally and also burn us out. Then we complain theres nothing to do.
    Its a spiral set in motion by the devs.
    I dont like it but thats what it is.
    If they didnt provide the situation that makes most of us feel like if we dont do it now, we wont be able to do it later then they could instead add more content to the instances to make them bigger and better.
    Devs set us up to replay and spam it out so when we do an then complain of nothing to do, its 50/50.
    Part of its on us for choosing that path but part of its on the devs for setting that path up to be the most sensible one and safest one.

    Heres the analogy:
    If you set it up to give me either $1 today or $1 a mo th from now, im taking the dollar today. Then im gonna complain next week about no dollars to go after and your gonna say “you chose to take the dollar today, you could have waited an took it a month from now”.
    What sense does that make? Everyone will take the dollar today and to a degree be justified in saying a month from now “theres no dollars to get”.
    Its the system as designed. If they want us engaged an in the content then they need to design it as such. They dont, so we arent. We get the slog work done as fast as possible then explain theres nothin to do. Thats the cycle as designed

    I’m gonna need to see those numbers on the population before I can respond to any of that. Where is your source for any of that?
    Also, hey dropping more content later on is great, kind of how they are doing multi tiered elite content in this dlc.
    I simply asked for alternative ideas to bounty feats. You could have supplied yours without the hostility honestly.

    Gotta jump in on this one... 25 "Defeats" is not that bad. Go to Central City and do the Rogue Bounties. Now there are lesser feats o be earned doing these including 1 you get simply be defeating all 9 but it goes up to earning you 50 points for the defeat of 500... Let me clarify that F I V E H U N D R E D defeats. Then lets look into the guidelines. You can defeat Captain Boomerang in Gotham city as Many times as you like in one day however only one time counts toward the feat .. NOW DO THE MATH.... that mean to earn that feat you need to log on 56 different days and defeat all nine... 56 X 9 = 504. Oh and if you are doing that at Cr 53 when they first become available you'd better have at least one good team between 5 to 8 players strong or they will not die. Most players just wait until their CR gets high enough and run the missions solo. OH and most only do 500 ONCE after that on any other alt they buy that feat will replay badges instead of spending almost 2 months working on it.

    Now I have not even been worrying about the new bounties a lot but I have joined teams and already have Giganta 6 time s and all the others 3 times. Entire teams are just standing around at the spawn point and attacking them as fast as they span. My Guuess would be a pile of players already have 25 , 20, 20 and 20 defeats. And the DLC iswhat THREE DAYS OLD? LOL

    Believe me there ae a lot worse feats to grind away at out there... this one is easy.

    I did provide a solution without any hostility, then you accused me of having an axe to grind and said that I didn't provide a possible solution, then I provided the solution again and more plus a couple of probable comprises. So this isn't hostility, its annoyance with people white knighting for developers. This game is FILLED with bugs that have been here for years and some since launch and its extremely annoying to spend $10-15/month (depending on sub length) only to have the devs refuse to fix bugs before launch of a DLC, crash almost every day, experience game breaking bugs, and to have them completely ignore the community feedback. Its almost as if they don't give a s**t.

    I haven't had the time to look into these feats but from what I understand, it's 50 for giganta, 20 for manta, 20 for grodd, 20 for cheetah.


    90 as opposed to 475..ill take it. If I'm wrong, someone feel free to correct my math.

    The first thing to do, I think, is to reduce the number of requests to complete this type of exploit when the DLC is no longer relevant, 100 in wonderverse is already a lot, a lot, way too much now. !!!

    THIS TRICK IS A HUGE PRISON FOR THE PLAYERS !!!
