Not necessarily for new rewards with House of Legends, but will we see a bonus (double) grains of time week? I was hoping to use that week to farm the latest gear before the next episode. Please?
I actually don’t think they will do that event with this dlc. From what I the devs have said, it looks like they MIGHT activate all 3 sets (superman/Batman/Wonder Woman) after the wonder woman stuff has been out for some time. But they said it was TBD. So since that option is on the table I imagine bonus marks won’t happen.
I wouldnt mind seeing one more flashpoint bonus vendor goodies. Would like to score Flashpoint Batman's shoulder tipped cape. As great, imo, as the nightmare chroma is... I would love to see a full on tintable version of that chroma. Make 600 casino coins baby... i needs that. Would like to see a trinket that summons a Subject Doomsday to come in and wrecks*** up.
Yeah, I expect this as well, with all three aspects of content being active at once, if only even for a week, that's effectively the same as a triple bonus week. chances are it may even be more than a week.
Can’t find it off hand, but I remember a recent dev post saying there are no new rewards planned for House of Legends, so that led me to think no bonus mark weeks either.
It has to be ongoing. Otherwise there is no way to gain Elite Gear from this if you weren't at CR right then, right there. I can see a bonus Time thang event, maybe with additional rewards. But that is all.
They already said it will go away. Before the dlc even came out they were fully transparent and said that this dlc is a future event that will cycle through periodically. More recently they said that this even would potentially also return multiple times to sync up with movies/shows/etc. they used the black Adam movie as an example as a possible time to return. So yes you will continue to have opportunities to get your gear/styles from it. Also, they already mapped out the events up until the 20th of October. And no bonus marks. It’s pretty safe to say that no bonus marks. That’s mapping 2/3rds of the dlc lifespan. If they did do bonus mark with a dlc this short, it would’ve been in the middle of the dlc. Not to mention that the raid/alert already give double mark and all the gear is at a reduced price.
We'll definitely get a bonus week at some point. Charon already mentioned there will be additional StU rewards.
I think he meant those additional rewards are not for this current StU event but the next one. Save the Universe is not permanent content it is going away when the next episode goes live and comes back at a future date.
It's possible that the vendor will remain in game and even be updated after the episode has gone away. Not saying it will or won't, just that the episode ending doesn't automatically delete the vendors.
I was thinking that if they release all 3 raids and alerts that that would be our triple coins week (plus could be weeks) so I am assuming that there won't be an actual double week.
It was already confirmed that once Save the Universe event ends all rewards go away with it until the event returns again. Just like seasonal events and Survival Mode.
