How much money will you spend this year on DCUO?

If that's the case, why keep it so vague??? Also, don't we all want the game to keep going??? I mean if there was a real alternative i'd say let it all burn...but that's not the case. So i'll do my part to keep this fun ride going while getting all the cool styles I like.

I will spend money to look like characters other than the flash and batman. There are no plans for us to look like killer croc, kilowog, arkillo, or the elephant(Without the religious references), so there are no plans for me to spend money. Batman and Flash are cool, we are just going to have to accept that, right? Pretty much a declaration that we will only get highly popular items from that costume request thread, and yet, people ares still asking for sweaters and ninjas...

Therefore, I will continue to put money in other games. So far, I put more money towards CoX successors this year than DCUO, they don't even have a playable game lol. It is just the notion that they are listening, and......

I am looking forward to dropping some $$$ when their next donation phase commences. Just knowing that I can look like whom I want, and wear pretty much every item piece that is on an NPC.

I might re-up my membership if they make membership worth it again, but I've yet to see them moving in that direction. If membership isn't worth it, I will probably buy any new DLC, though I've yet to hear of any DLC this year. The marketplace is stagnant and I'll never spend money on stabilizers - just not worth it. So right now I only anticipate buying DLCs. If they put any out.

I've just learned about another hero-based MMO in the works that looks pretty good, so maybe I'll move over to that when it comes out, despite my desire to stay in the DC Universe.

Too early, dcuo is just getting it's foot wet without ps3, give it time.

Not a clue since I have no idea what they may put on sale. Now my subscription is obvious but after that? When they have sales I go and buy things like Total Recall kits... I have no issue with buying Protective seals for my artifacts.. HEY I spent time gathering a lot of that stuff I'd rather pay a couple dollars to ensure the catalysts survive than let them all go POOF.

Occasionally I buy some replay badges.. No I do NOT run missions more than once a day or once a week but If I have a bunch of feats earned i WILL use replays to BUY them all for my alts.... especially with some of the feats and the RNG involved why waste days or weeks TRYING to do it again and again when i can just BUY the dang thing?

No clue what, if anything, they may come out with in the way of styles for me or my lair but I do OWN every single one that has come out to date.

Now do I BUY stabilizers? NOPE.. only time capsules i open are the ones I can with the fragments I earn doing the duo once a day.

Will I be buying holiday cash? UH NOPE... I prefer to PLAY the game to earn stuff not BUY it.

Will I be buying my way to Cr 100 on any new alts.. NAH I can hit level 30 in under 7 hours and be at Cr 100 in less than a week with WAY more SP than 60.

Does that give you a pretty good idea of what I spend cash on?

i don't know how it happened but i've actually spent more money on the game this new year than i have since the revamp. i had a good year. i've been all treaty with myself the past few weeks. being going overboard with everything but the lid is back in place. bonus lives have been spent. mostly spent on stabilizers (which netted me poo) and replays (which frankly is also netting me poo).

depending on the next couple of weeks i may drop sub again for a bit til something new pops up on the horizon. even so i have to resolve myself to my sub fee and the occasional twenty dollar psn card til the summer at least.

I literally spend at minimum over £100 per week. Sometimes far, far more. Its overboard, i know, but i'm not really playing anything else atm

depends on how many DLC they'll drop, rest of my money goes to other AAA games.

that depends on the devs what styles, content , game updates ect they do . if they dont do what I like , I will not spend a dime

I came back to try out this revamp update about 3 weeks ago spending anywhere from $70-$80 just to catch up on some sp and gear for cr.. Sad thing is that after spending that amount I gave all my stuff out to league mates and league bank, deleted 4 alts and quit again.. So far for me it’ll be $70-$80 for 2018... Revamp sucks, powers are still unbalanced, farming is a full time job, need a part time to keep buying stabilizers for TC’s to get gear, style and collection feats... Rather spend my money on the market place buying feats if it was an option... atleast you’ll get what your paying for..

I detect that you are offended by his post because you support PAY TO WIN and are guilty over it. "Cool styles" can be distributed in many different ways than casino gambling. You people who mindless buy stabilizer packs are just hurting the future of the game and everyone that currently plays. We already pay to get over a pay wall in the form of subscriptions and then we are met with another pay wall to progress. You are in favour of this?

It amazes me that so many people think that way.

By buying Stabilzer packs you are encouraging the practice. Keeping FEATS hidden behind pay walls to progress. Also, buying Stabilzers is messing with the economy of the broker. Over saturation from people buying Stabilzers and selling rare items becoming billionaires which is essentially buying in-game currency out of thin air.

So yes, you are hurting other players and the game. So it is our business.

You win Skill Points. You win in-game currency and the ability then to purchase more Materials, Emblems, Aura's to gain even more FEATS which is all a product of buying Stabilizers. People can buy Stabilizer packs, create the Phoenix Material and sell it for 150 million. Rinse and repeat destroying the economy. Eventually the majority will be billionaires blowing the prices out of proportion.

Pay to win it very much is.

Only to you - P2W to me is if i HAVE to pay money to get ahead, if i don't spend money i can still play this game.. it may be slow and tedious but i can play.. nothing in this game has hit p2w yet - Even f2p can get TC stuff - just because i choose to buy stabilisers means i want those items quicker than the free path.. nothing more nothing less - There are many ways to get all the TC styles etc without spending real money.. might take longer.. but hey i choose the quicker path by buying a pack of stabilisers, selling my spares then using that to buy what is missing - that is what is called " doing it how i want "

As i said.. I earn my money.. My actual money from working in real life.. if I buy a few stabilisers I will never ever feel the urge to get your permission/approval to do so.. that is extremely weird that you'd think I should

As for the broker - The economy has had millionaires/billionaires playing the broker for years.. TCs barely scratched the surface or touched that - I believe you are slightly exaggerating the prices - this TC has 1 VERY expensive collection - rest are extremely reachable by selling a few things here and there
