Yes I did. I was thinking it was more like flames but it could be vain like. Maybe the emblem is a control factor for his powers, some kind of device. As we have seen he has issues with his powers.
I'm with the flames. Cisco said he invented those suits for the city's fire brigade in the first place, so flames would make sense as remaining from the old design.
Did the Cisco Git ever get around to actually giving the suits, or at least the design, to the Fire Department?
