yes I believe they are giving a respec token, look in announcements for the stats revamp

Mountain: 2:30
Central: 3:30
Eastern: 4:30

yeah, what happened to doing that and what happened to people being original with their characters

i honestly prefer the game to be this way so that content won't be as easy and people will actually work towards getting their feats instead of only focusing on cr. it'll make dcuo players better gamers in the long run

add the extra two hours with the updated downtime

I think they should put a lot of stuff either in mail ingame or MOTD because I don't do twitter and I don't visit the Facebook page often or the forums Been Playing since Jan of 2011 and you see how many posts I have done, not many for the time frame
