How much money did you spend on Team-Up Time Capsules?

I'm kind of surprised no one ever made a garbage pail kids league. You could have some fun with that. I wonder if some even remember those.

Wonder how long it takes for this League to be advertising in TC for members??

I had tons and tons of boxes of Garbage Pail Kids stickers. Sets, tons of dupes and even more dupes stuck to school books etc. I had one of my friends grandma and an aunt take a lot of stickers, graph them out on to cloth, denim assorted thick fabrics and had the patches stitched on to shirts and jeans. FN awesome.

... now if only I still still had my sets, unopened boxes etc... Id have a mint.

I didn't give Daybreak a single penny for these Time Capsules and as of yesterday I finished all the Feats tied to these Time Capsules.

I read topic name wrong.
That 50 euros is for all time capsules so far. Have not opened single team-up capsule yet, because styles arent my style and im trying to get flaming phoenix and void material.

I would maybe buy more if I (we) wouldnt ge so much trash...

Eh but there a couple reasons why that really isn't a sufficient way to see if they've reached that point or not:

1.) For every handful of people that say "I've spent nothing" there is another handful of people who spend tons of money. So in the devs eyes it doesn't balance out because its a complete win for them. They still get membership fees and TCs are just icing on the cake. Plus say a person spends $100 on TCs. That equals a years worth of membership (if bought at once). So even if one person leaves because they hate the direction the game is going its negated.

2.) The voice of the forums is important but the forum members "myself included" make up a very small portion of the community in the game. I played this game for years before i ever came on here. Didn't even know it existed tbh. So if you think about the people on here who say they've spent X amount of money there are even more people you never hear from in game spending money on these things each time they are released. Especially because of the feats attached to them. That drives the purchases alone.

I'm not sure how they related to what i posted but that is neither here nor there. You can't blame someone (devs) for other people's lack of control. If that was the case then we would have nothing in life because of some people's inability to control themselves. Here is a list lol:

Guns
Any type of pain meds
Alcohol
Casinos
Cars (people driving recklessly)
Junk food
etc etc etc

No matter what there will always be a small portion of people who abuse something given to them. The game doesn't make you do anything, you choose your actions alone.

Which is all to say that the forum isn't an accurate representation, or a valid sample. That's fair, and probably true. But my thought ... that it's still another reason why someone might open the thread, and why I would read it (up to a point) ... isn't any less true.

Yea you have me there lol. I just feel like TCs will be here until the game ends for better or worse. I just wish at some point they would at least let legendary members open 2 a day for free for running the instance. 2 isn't much at all and probably would be 2 tactical mod capsules anyway

Against my better judgement, I bought 60 keys on the first day, but none after that.....Next TC I'm gonna try to spend $0. Thats right Daybreak I said it.

That has to be the most backwards way of doing things i've seen.

People try and prove bad drop rates by showering a terrible idea with money ... that's hilarious.

With the inability (refusal) to post the drop rates I will not buy any either. If I'm gambling with money I am going to the racetrack or the casino where I know my odds and actually can get my money back on my investment.

Kind gestures like posting the drop rates can go a long way when it comes to customers and trust.

I forgot to add that I have spent zero on any of the TC's. If the odds were posted and I could verify them it might be different.

The player base definitely likes them. There is no denying that. The super laggy broker is proof in that.
