Server Maintenance for Game Update October 2nd

Isn't physX Nvidia? Isnt PS4 AMD based? I wouldn't hold your breath, probably not a high priority..

With todays patch UNBEARABLE warping from enemies-persistent micro stuttering every 5-10 seconds.
Please stop patching the game guys.Can't get worse than that.

Tried only my casual 64bit client.
I have more-than-enough memory/good network shape/'SSD drive ..so it was todays update

What I have noticed is Lightnings are apparently made of cardboard. A friendly Sunderer barely bumped me - no soundeffect at all and my lighting was smoking. 1/3 or so health gone. A few mins later a friendly lib fell out of the sky - my lightning exploded like hit by C4 and still no sound. Idk if this is intended or not but it is stupid. Basically 2-3 bumps by a sunderer and I'm gone. Will be no trolling from that at all will there....

There's a bad memory leak in the game after today's patch that's making my game unplayable. I have no free RAM whatsoever while I'm playing, and I'm stuttering and hitching like a madman in any firefight as a result.

Well, considering MAXes are stronger than everything in this game, THEY SHOULD be worth the xp. Can't wait to taste the robotic tears and the certs that come with them

I'd consider purchasing some of the masks if they weren't time locked. That's just stupid.

If SOE wants me to pay for membership then they better finish the main game. By that I mean, Continental lattices and battle isles. ONE of my friends from BF plays this game besides me. The others intended but can't stand the lack of "win" and perpetual war. Yeah we have continent lock but it is not enough. This game is now being patched and changed to make it so unpleasant for players not to be member or "pay for convenience P4C (if that is a term yet)" that I am getting fed up. There are tons of examples of this but things like the "side upgrades being unlocable with SC" being introduced at the same time as Advanced FG and LS became a onetime 200cert upgrade instead of a step-vise 2x100 cert is one example. I do pay in this game, I believed in it and bought Alpha Squad and have since bought some station cash but I am not paying for membership until the game deserves it. Alternative sights? what pile of BS is that? Finish the meta and the strategical elements SOE. Keep pushing crap on me and trivial micro-balancing crap onto me while you try to coax me into paying. It's not going to happen because you are starting to PISS ME OFF! And for the record, I am an adult, I have money, I play very few games but the ones I play I play for years. So - I should be ideal for you but instead of finishing the game - it's been two years - you are BS'ing me.

So apparently if you are cloaked, now after the update it doesn't really matter if you are moving or not since standing still and being cloaked is almost the same now as moving cloaked. fantastic "fix". i tried the "fix" and got killed all the time. everyone responded that cloaked infiltrators are easily seen even standing still. "it looks like the cloaking effect when you are moving". this makes close range recons totally useless

Man the striker is a joke now crossbow c4 does about the same or even lol

Exacly the same problem by me. This 5 second freezes, whicht i got about 2.. or 3 in a minute turns to a freeze-1-second-game-freeze all time thin. The game now is completly unplable now. I couldt imagine that it could gone be more worse then after the walkyrie patch, but now it happens really!! Thank you Seo!

I am so glad I only paid for one month membership cause this non fighting and hunting for pumpkins is ********. I will see PS2 in about a month when this over!!!!!

I got alot of bugs (or one big bug).
I cant see squads in squad menu and I cant see who's online in outift tab.
I can auto join a squad and then it works but then I get a random squad and I still cant see my outfit members lol.

well looks like a bigger update.....might be something new
and for sure a new thing is prob new bugs lol

Cant play the game cuz of this update... get stuck until I crash either on a loading screen or if I do manage to get Im stuck at the warpgate with 0 FPS XD... and I can see this game taking a sudden ill-fated turn towards the SWTOR isle of games... Next thing we know you will have to pay to post on the forums! (yes this is about the daily certs stuff) sometimes the daily certs were why Id come on and play... or at least log on for 5 minutes to get em and then come back later in the day when I can actually play for a while. also the no points for spawn killing? I have to agree that makes me NOT want to blow up enemy sundies... Cuz I dont get all the juicy points for when I do... I do enjoy killing a sundy and then getting like 7 kills from the ensuing carnage XD but GG guess I wont be hunting dem sundies any more SoE. Also I see another problem with this... This makes a medic want to farm friendlies who constantly get shot even more... Cuz now the enemies dont get XP for killing the person but the medic technically still gets the XP any ways because his friendly still did die by enemies nonetheless... So... Only peeps who benefit from the 0XP for spawn kills until they remove revives from being counted are medics... And for those people who are complaining about the T9 and Striker stuff... Get over it... Vanu you have that cheap PoS PPA that you can mount on a harasser hide behind a rock and since its a turret it has no hit box and you can farm with it... Plus besides that the PPA is OP as hell. NC you still have shotguns that can snipe with pellets from 200M away which is BS... So I think the TR deserve something nice for a change. I mean cmon its not like they gave it the 3000 DMG buff Malorn was joking about the other night on Connery at Quartz Ridge XD if they did then I would see a reason to complain lol. And any ways for NC complaining about the striker... How bouts we nerf dem Raven MAXs of yours? I mean cmon laser guided missiles that can snipe infantry and armour alike... While my pounder MAX has grenades that drop like a mofo and dont do all that much AV damage imo.



*EDIT* P.S. The problems with every patch and the fact that F2P players always get screwed is why I personally dont want to spend money on this game... Why spend money if every patch the game breaks and I cant play it? And why spend it if someone who is less fortunate than me and cannot afford to pay your monthly subscription constantly gets screwed out of something?

none of the factions thought they were good, that's why they weren't adopted by any of them and are available to everybody

i hope it gives users a generic "made in China" feel that exemplifies what NS is all about
