Same issues. dxdiags: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1856084/DxDiagx64.txt https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1856084/DxDiagx86.txt
Have had this issue since Launch and have always updated drivers etc. Have even tried verifying files through steam, it always says it finds a ton missing and re-installs them but fails to fix this issue! Hell I'm still actually crashing in game every now and again, don't know whats up there. I'm also no longer running on a custom UI file and that didn't help either.
Any word from Devs about this?????? This is one of the reasons i play less than 1 hour peer week. Devs??????? where are you guys????????? So many optimizations and nothing planned about this???????
I have experienced this as well from the first day I installed the game. I also often experience the game crashing when I alt+tab out, then back in. It's a bummer for sure
Yep, still getting crash on exit "planetside2.exe has stopped working", audio keeps playing for a while, system chugs for a while. Is this a "memory leak" problem?

This is happening for me, and it doesn't update my textures graphics setting when it exits. I'm stuck on Low textures, which is a bit of a bummer as I just got a snazzy new GPU.
Oh, it managed to close properly when I turned off GPU particle effects. It also cranked up the textures to what I wanted.
still happens for me too...had appcrash error but after creating new user profile i now get the BEX error. SOE tech support told me its normal theres no fix for it. Enjoy
I've completely uninstalled PS2 and Steam; re-installed from scratch and it still happens; I give up.
