Since the update on August 5th, my Launchpad will not work. First, as the update finished, i received the Blue screen of death. Thereafter, after logging in, the Launchpad simply vanished. Nothing else happened. Called SOE support, they created a ticked and have worked with me since then. Unfortunately their assistance has been unsuccessful. After eliminating all 3rd party programs, uninstalling EQ2, then installing it again, I still get the BoD then after that, Launchpad vanishes. Their last "suggestion" was that I roll back my Video card driver. Eh? the last time my Video card updated was about 2 months ago. Bought a new video card, installed it. Downloaded EQ2, installed it. Ran it, and what do you know? Blue screen of death. They are stuck. And so am i.
