Since Christmas I tried to submit a help ticket about my station cash and the questions about it. However it seems like nothing wants to work, at least for me. All of them are either redirected loops or the page tells me to reset my password but once I reset it, it wants it resetted again. I also tried to supposed appeal command in the planetside2 itself, but it also doesn't work. Can I please get help? Thanks.
You should only submit one ticket, People may still be on holiday so your ticket may still be in the system waiting to be viewed. Just give it some time. Also, it looks pretty stupid saying "why you no work?" That is probably why you got no response.
