Exceed required specs to play, but still lag terribly

GTX 560 Ti is a great card. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Game is pathetically optimized. CPUs and GPUs are running cool all around.

24 GB of RAM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I've never seen that much one one machine..... 24 GB of RAM with a mediocre video card? WTF?

Probably for a RAM disk. No single game will actually utilize that much memory.

No, the 560 isn't good enough for such a graphics intensive game...

560Ti is more than enough, in PS2 it's pretty much everything about CPU. (unless you play in huge resolutions/triple screen)

It obviously isn't for maxed out settings - no single card will be able to handle that to the best of my knowledge.

Game runs like trash in big battles for me too. Over 100 FPS on High outside of big battles, 30-40 in big battles.

My buddy runs PS2 maxed out with a 560 Ti. He gets 40-50 FPS at tech labs with his AMD Phenom X6 (for some reason, the game runs well on his system).
