    I have intel i5 4gb ram gpu
I need a new one because the game runs on 20-30 fps and then drops to 1 each 2-7 secs.
    Makes me annoyed.
I want a cheap graphic card and which works well and fine on ps2, any tips?

You... you have a laptop. You're not getting a new graphics card mate.

Melt your laptop down for scrap metal and use the proceeds towards a new computer. I have a HP Envy Sleekbook, which struggles maintaining 30 fps when recording, however gets 80-90fps when not recording. I seem to get more fps then a friend with two high end SLI'd cards and 16gb ram, so I'm happy. :)
