A friend of mine can' t log in, though we are sure he uses the right name and password. he was able to download the game but when he tried to log in, but it didn' t work, it always told him that the account name and the password is wrong though it absolutely surely is right. What shall he do to be able to log in ? Please reply. Thanks.
Hey Gamemaster. We definitely want to help your friend get into the game. I'd recommend he submit a ticket to our accounts/billing team so we can assist him in accessing it.
