Graphics Card Error

I had a graphics card that was not compatible with the game then brought a new one and installed it successfully but I still get the error "Your graphics card is not capable enough for this game (VendorID=0x0000, DeviceID=0x0000, Name=)" I have verified game cache and restarted my computer any help on how i can get the game to run? I have also checked other system requirements and they all are compatible.

What graphics card are you currently using? Also, before you installed your new graphics device did you uninstall the video drivers for the previous one?

Yes I did and I uninstalled and re installed again just to make sure. I'm using Radeon HD 6570.

im using the same graphics card and i can run the game, *but* it does crash every 5-10 minutes to the desktop

Should I re install the game or something?

My brother has same graphics card and plays the game flawlessly, I'm so confused!

yeah try and reinstall, or validate your game assests

Or Buy a decent Graphics card if possible.
