Can't log into my account; made new account said name is taken

I've been trying to log into the Planetside website and game but it keeps telling me that my password and username are wrong. I made a new account because I thought it may have been a fluke and I tried the username I tried before and it says it's already taken. I simply can't login in any account new or old, HELP ME!!

Huh, my friend just had this issue and I just got back from his place..

He was raging hard, man.

can't get the installation even running as it asks me to log in - when I put the info in it tells me

"Invalid name or password. Please try again"

Obv it is an invalid name or password as I wouldn't be logged in here . . . . . .

WTF can I do - any ideas?
