   I play engineer as my main.
   Secondary I play medic.
   
   But seriously...
   
   Why can I repair a tank while it is being shot.
   That is ridiculous.
   
   Why can I continuously revive people?
   
   Suggestions:
   
   Engineer:
   You can't repair while being fired upon.
   Can only repair after 10 seconds of no damage.
   
   Medic:
   One revival per 30 seconds.
   
   Thoughts?
   Feelings?
   Anyone?
