BattlEye is preventing recursion overlay from loading

Getting the following error:

21:43:47: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Recursion\RecursionTracker\rtst_d3doverlay_x64.dll".

First time I've ever had this issue. I was under the understanding that the Recursion program was green-listed. Don't care about the stat tracking, but I've very much gotten used to having my little teal crosshair so I don't think I will play until this gets fixed.

Since @Mithril asked to get tagged I'll do so just in case it isn't already known.

the "rtst_d3doverlay_x64.dll" gets blocked if that helps.

Same error for me. the "rtst_d3doverlay_x64.dll" gets blocked

At some point after Hotfix in Dec. 14 2022 I started to get this also. Not sure what was broken.
I'm on Windows 11 and playing using borderless window.

As temp solution, I just switched to use build-in crosshair of my Acer display.

Adding to the also getting this error recently. Also sometime just after hotfix patch. Screen shot of error.
