I have the life time all access subscriber status and for some reason I am only rank copper rather than auraxium. I didn't notice the issue right away, but before I used to have the highest loyalty rank. My account name is MrsStrangeTiger
I think it is display bug under membership in the depot. In game press escape button, hover over the bottom left icon it will show your your auraxium benefits.
