I have been having an issue with the Engi and Medic tool where sometimes it will not repair/heal until I right click first. This can be very annoying is large hectic fights where speed is paramount. Not sure if this is an issue localized to me or if it's a larger issue with the game.
When this happens do you see the particle beam fx come out from your characters torso instead of the tool?
Sorry for the late reply. TBH, I don't see the particles at all. It's as if the action to revive/heal/repair is not registering. Note: It hasn't happened in a week or so. If it happens again, I will do some in the moment testing and see if I can capture some video.
