When you go into the Depot and select boosts, it says that the A.S.P Refund Token is unavailable; However, I have never used or bought a A.S.P Refund Token on my character (At least to my knowledge). It also does it on other characters that are A.S.P. I have read into some of the forum stuff about it, people seem to think it's a bug.
