I've been playing this game for quite a while now. I read all the notes, I ask questions, I observe before leaping and I have to admit I'm becoming more and more lost in this game. For example, what the hell is a Javelin? I can't even find where you get one!
Good to know. Ya I remember that whole operative thing now. So what's with buying the super tank? Always greyed out to me.
the super tank or Colossus is constructed from resources collected by Outfits by Outfit leaders or designated persons to counter the Bastions
They are made with outfit resources, which you get from capping bases. Your outfit leader can set who is allowed to spawn one to prevent wolly brains uselessly using them. You can ask your leader or whoever has permission to pull you one.
