   Say someone builds a Cortium Silo that someone is a total stranger, not in a squad/platoon, and I don't have access to the silo. If I were to build a construction would that silo power that construction?

   I've always thought that stuff built using silo terminal are powered by that silo and nearby stuff built using ANT terminal by different player aren't powered by that silo.
