I have recently gotten this new computer but I have a problem. I have good frame rate about 100 on medium but when I move my mouse it is really slow. It is like a laggy effect it is like having 0.00001 sensitivity, I have raw input its just my mouse is laggy. Try downloading Razer's own software if you haven't. If you already have it, make sure that you don't have a messed up game specific profile that it's automatically switching to. I did see what appears to be dpi buttons on the top of that mouse, did you hit one of them on accident? Is it messed up in Windows as well or just the game?
Recommended game settings I read somewhere (and which work for me) are: raw mouse input on; reduce input lag on; mouse acceleration off. Other than that I don't know what to suggest.
And make sure your DPI and ingame sens are set accordingly. Low DPI and high ingame sens should give similar results as high DPI and low ingame sens. Find a value you like. But yeah, check the software for any profile messing with your settings. And make sure your ingame sens is not actually set that incredibly low.
