TYVM to GMajor for this. I use forward slash for jumping usually (I'm one of those crazy people who likes to use arrow keys as, yanno, arrow keys, go figure...) along with right shift to sprint and right ctrl to crouch. Having to hit the stupid AppsMenu key to jump has cost me at least 20 deaths already, and has a reverse negative impact on me when playing Borderlands 2 because I then forget I have jump mapped properly to slash there, heh. Anyhow, just wanted to say thanks!
Oh look other people that use the "/" key for jumping. Thanks GMajor for that sweet bat file. Works like a charm.
I've used / as my move backwards key since Quake2 (and every FPS i've played between then and now) and if i recall correctly it was the alternate default configuration. What a sloppy mess, thanks for the work around GMajor, this is the only game I've played that completely broke a 10+ year old config.
Rise from the grave!
