[Suggestion] Scout rifles are fail

    Change the battle rifle label into a scout rifle label.
    Change directive reward for all factions to an extended magazine, laser sight, flash suppressor, auto scout.
    Minor increase experiments to velocity for scout rifles with the 400 damage model.- Between sway flinch leading and not being able to get lucky with auto spray scout rifles with the 400 damage model could be more forgiving.

    Not smart making a clickbait out of it. I'll bite anyway.

    Wrel stated on redditside that they can't make the battle rifles into scout rifles anymore, because of the underbarrel attachments. Yes, no one asked for those attachments, they have low utility and adoption, and now they're an argument against merging the 2 categories.

    As for changing the reward, they can't make a gun too different than what we currently have, since that would break balance too much with people who've haven't/can't/won't aurax the scout directive, which is why a lot of directive guns are underwhelming, but it makes sense.
    Also doesn't make much sense having an auto scout in a directive where you have 3/4 semi autos. Not that it makes sense having a battle rifle after playing infiltrator, but still.
    Do agree with a bit more velocity on the SA scouts though, on the ES versions alone (the Vandal is OP relatively to them).
