Will universal camoes unlock on all characters?

    Will the universal ones unlock on all characters in my account? (i.e. "Abstract" camo etc)

    Does the description say "All factions can use this"? Then all factions can use this. Does it say "VS/TR/NC use only"? Then only that faction can use it.

    I have dark digital camo ('All factions can use this') and yes, it unlocks on all factions and all classes in each faction
