Is the depot broken?

Hello!
I had en error on the website shop and the ingame depot about membership and DBG cash.
I'm unable to buy cash or membership because the error say there is a problem during the purchase, i have to try later blabla. I already sent a message to the support but i wanted to know if i'm the only one in this situation?
I had this error yesterday and today.

Finally i got the answer from the support, this thread can be deleted or locked.

Unfortunately, this whole game is now broken.....

What was the solution? Im having the same issue.

If you already have a credit card related to your account you need to delete it and resave it.

Cant see any option to remove my card in the payment sources though. Guess it will have to be a support ticket job :/ Kind of bad that they wont let you remove your card details from an account!
