Or sometimes i cant launch the game,directly. I run on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit,pentium dual core i3 at 3.6Ghz,4 GB of RAM and the CPU graphic card.

Just played for 10 minutes and 3 times game crashed to windows.... after 14/1/16 patch, yesterday was perfectly fine. i5 4690k, 8GB DDR3, gtx 970... So i see i am not alone with it

Same for me, only I crash seconds after spawning into the game from the map. This only started after the recent patch.
Don't know what causes the crashes, but it seems to be related to some sort of CPU overhead (Had a huge spike curing the freeze that occurs before the crash)
Crashed almost instantly on first launch after the update o.o Another hotfixception incoming i guess.
I got those crashes, too. started the game took a walk for 10 secs got freezed... and ..desktop. The game worked well yesterday.
Dont play on patch day. Simple as that. And please be gentle enough to give our devs their weekend. Wouldnt the other thread be the place for you to look or didnt you even bother reading?
