Ping on Cobalt

The ping on Cobalt just suddenly went from ~80 to 600-1500.

No idea why, but everything is lagging and stuttering around.

I don't seem to be the only one having this problem.

Just logged in to confirm:


During the world record match I had a better connection.

same on miller ... EU servers are going to be garbage again

Had pings of death tonight.

These damn Level3 gateway routers in amsterdam..... same with me; Prime time --> 300-700 ping, pretty much constantly; means ~1-2 secs lag overall due to high package loss at the same time

• Can't SOE get some pressure on the provider who maintains these Level3 routers? No fix - no PS2 for me - no money for SOE
• FPS with 500 ping - thats even worse than 1999 in Delta Force 2 multiplayer

From Cologne to Amsterdam with Deutsche Telekom/T-Online 350 Ping. Normally i got 30.
**** of Level3! ******* NSA-asslickers.

I will cancel my Subscription if this wont gets better soon. This **** is for about 3 to 4 weeks now.

Just signed a subscription for 6 month, just 3 days ago...extreme latency problems since then...i feel ripped off

And the problem is not the ping of 500-800 its the package loss....

encountered latency of around 300 ms since last weekend, but it was managable, means you could play.

After server maintance of today my ping is seldom 350 ms, most of the time 500 or around 800 ms. Logged off because even playing as a medic or engineer was not fun when your teamates warp around like cheaters or the revive and repair timers fill up or empty instantly as they like.

Maybe SOE moved the high tech of their server farm to the PS4 rack while they left us with an x486 singlecore?

Any update on this?

I encounter the exact same issue op faces on Miller. Pretty much unplayable (goes without saying).
