    Hey Folks!

Does anybody know if i can activate my GPU as primary rendering hardware or force Planetside 2 to render via the GPU?

    Forgot my Stats:

CPU: Intel i5 Duo 2,5GHZ 2,5GHZ - Performance @ rendering about 5 Gigabits per Second
    RAM: 8 GB DDR3
GPU: NVidia GTX460M CUDA 1,5GB - Performance @ rendering about 18 Gigabits per Second

Stats caught by third-party programs, so not 100% reliable but for a comparison they should be fine...

If memory serves, PCiE GPUs are primary rendering hardware for 3D graphics even if CPU have integrated GPU in it. If you want to totally remove integrated GPU from the system you can disable it in BIOS if it have an appropriate option.

could you tell me how to do that?
i know how to get to the BIOS options but didn´t ever look over the features...

Do i have to remove the CPU rendering feature or could i just priorize my GeForce?

    TY for answer!

I just stopped in to thumb up the thread because you put "whilst" in the title.
