Razer Synapse problem solved.

    For those who have the crashing problem with Razer Synapse. Turn off the in-game configurator and problem is solved.

    I am guessing the fact that it is a screen overlay is the root problem.

    Thanks for the update! We are glad you were able to fix the Razor Synapse problem. We will definitely look into this solution and perhaps suggest it if we see positive results. Thanks again!

    I have the same problem. But I cant find any in-game configurator. Do you mean to close the Razer synapse cofigurator(that is running on the background)? If you mean that then it isnt a very good solution for me. The lift off range for my Deathadder is unplayable and I have to have razer synapse "on" to have it reduced :(

    It is under the "Add on" tab. I am using a Naga but I assumed all Synapse 2.0 is the same maybe not?

    Razer Synapse 2.0 yes. But no I have no "Add on" tab. I have a "performance" tab that shows acceleration/dpi and stuff but there are no on/off options

    the "calibration" tab has an on/off but I need it for reducing the lift off range

    probably I will wait for a fix from the Devs :(
