Can't redeem anniversary decal?

    I got an email telling me to log in and redeem it via shop but I don't have any notifications and wasn't sent a code. I looked in my decal list and it's not there either... So where is it?

    most likely it's the cut off date in the email. it makes no sense to me to cut off claiming an anniversary decal on the day of the anniversary!
