looking for outfits that are solidly team based and expects each member in a squad to pull their weight and coordinate with each other towards an objective (compared to as specifying an objective and then all the squad members kinda meander over there or move there without coordinating too much with each other). not really looking for a majorly competitive outfit but one that focuses on teamwork and heavily coordinated play.
I'd avoid NC, there are a few outfits of notable quality but you will find that as a whole they do some pretty derptastic things over there.
If you want to play as VS, FutureCrew is the best outfit on Connery. If you want to play as NC, Recursion is the best outfit for the faction and 2nd best on the server. If you want to play as TR, I'm not sure. Merc seemed okay.
Those are the best though.... They're a bit more... exclusive... than most. 00 is more inclusive though I think... FCRW is very small.
The outfits I have noticed who seem to work together most commonly are: TR - merc, trg, txr and solx NC- PG, voc and outfit x. VS- no idea..too busy shooting people to notice anybody.
TR: Merc, 56rd, SolX are usually doing more organized play than "lets go to base x", when I play against them. NC: X, Recursion, PG are all solid opponents with good team tactics. VS: FC has the rep, though they're pretty exclusive. In my experience, they focus more on defending specific bases than anything else. BAID is quite often doing team tactical ops, and we're accepting of most people.
